Janice Asaka
Janice brings decades of real estate experience both in terms of sales and management. Having worked extensively from both seller and buyers perspectives, she understands the unique needs for each side. Her customer focus and extensive property management skills help bridge common problems that can occur between tenants and owners. Janice is exceptionally good at researching tenant backgrounds to ensure that only well-qualified renters match their respective properties.
Andrew Ma
Andrew has been in the finance world managing money for the last 30 years after finishing Business School at the University of Texas in Austin. His experience having owned a remodeling company and HVAC company bring a wealth of knowledge to maintaining our portfolio of properties. His experience and skill in avoiding unscrupulous or unskilled contractors is important to maintaining profit margins and quality of work issues for our property owners. Having grown up in North Potomac, Andrew, his wife and three kids moved back to the Montgomery County area a decade ago.
